Ford Ranger Raptor F1502019 Add New Key by Lonsdor K518ISE

How to use Lonsdor K518ISE Key Programmer to add a new key for Ford Ranger Raptor F150 2019? Today I’m gonna make a quick demonstration to show the procedure.

Connect Lonsdor K518ISE with OBD,

Ford >> China >> Raptor F150 >> 2015- >> Smart key >> Add smart key

Switch ignition off, open and close door driver once, press “OK”.

Press “OK” to confirm key information.

Reading car PIN code, please wait...

Insert the new smart key into the slot(sensor area) and press the start button.

The slot generally lies in:

(1) Central armrest box;

(2) Cup holder.

Press “OK”.

Press “OK” to confirm key numbers.

Programming complete, press “OK”.

Here we go, let me test with 2 keys, both new and old ones are workable.

1. The Lonsdor does much more then my MVPP M8 clone or any other china tool I own. The english version of this tool has been out for 2 months and its filed gaps and saved me from using AD tokens. I bought it for FEM which works and I put a value of $500 for that feature. Volvo cars which only VIDA could do, I put another $500 value on that. For a tool costing $1300 you get all of the same over lap of coverage on you basic china tool but then there are things which make it unique. No tokens and free updates and the ability to do these cars and more for essentially $300 more.

Since its released, lonsdor k518ise k518 key programmer has attracted many attentions. This post will show you the real test reports from customers.

15. If you add key for BYD, K518ISE won't ask for Pin code.

If you program new keys when all keys lost, it requires 16-bit pin code, and if you
need to change IK box, please ensure you have,15-bit repair code at the same time. For the 16-bit pin code, read out the key data and go for BYD service center to calculate.
Procedure: Open K518ISE, click on IMMO -> BYD-> smart key-> G3- read key data, put the original new key close to the Start button and follow the prompt the read out the key data then send it to the professional locksmith or BYD service center. After that you use the pin code to program new key.
