Lonsdor K518ISE Program 2020 Mazda 3 All Key Lost Free PIN

Lonsdor K518 series has supported all keys lost and added new keys with a free PIN code via OBD for Mazda's new models after 2019. Like Mazda 3, Mazda 6, XC-5, CX-9, XC30. Please use the specific key to the program. After the programming is complete, some aftermarket keys can start the car, but the dashboard's fault light will go on and the fault code can't be cleared.

All the smart keys must be kept 1m away from the car.

Press and hold the start button for 10s, and then press the start button once the button indicator turns from green to yellow.

If the vehicle alarm rings, please wait about 30s for the alarm to end.

It takes 7 minutes to grant security access, and the buzzer will beep after 7 minutes...

Operation Process

Here's programming a 2023 Toyota Corolla Cross as an example.

Preparation

1. Before doing this function, we need to connect the Lonsdor's latest Toyota FP30 Cable to a smart box of the car.

2. The other end connects to the OBD port of K518.

*FP-30 will not damage the communication cable of the original car during operation.

3. In addition, we also need a Lonsdor LKE Key Emulator.

Step1. Back-Up Immo Data

Please make sure the device is well connected to the network before the operation!

During the use of this function, please do not operate abnormally, or maliciously steal relevant data, otherwise, the K518 will be locked and cannot be unlocked.

Please turn the ignition on, if fails, please turn on 2 flashing lights.

Immo data backed up successfully.

Step2. Generate Emergency Key

This function can load immo backup data to generate an emergency key in an AKL situation, then you use this key to turn on the dashboard to add keys.

Please put the key emulator into K518's card slot.

How to Generate & Add a New Lonsdor LT20 Smart Key?

Lonsdor LT20 smart key family has 8 different shapes to fit the original shell perfectly. Among them, Lonsdor LT20-01, LT20-04, and LT20-08 are the best sellers.

This is LT20-01 with the same board shape as an original keyboard. It's not a problem to fit the original key shells for chip 4D. This model can be used to generate the key like Toyota Camry and Land Cruiser.

LT20-04 is with a board shape to fit the key shells for chip 8A. Its original software is 0020. You can convert the software depending on the model and year of your car. It does a great job, like Toyota RAV4, Highlander.

LT20-08 board shape fits the key shells for chip 8A as well. It supports software 0410. And can be used for many new Toyota models like the year 2022 Camry, Highlander, C-HR, and Avalon.

Push open the card slot's baffle on the device.

Place the key to be generated into the K518 card slot.

How to make a new LT20 smart key?

IMMO & Remote >> Toyota >> Select from type >> PEPS(passive entry and the passive start) >> Type3(CAN) >> Add smart key

Make sure the smart key battery is full.

Insufficient power may cause program failure.

Put an emulator key or workable original key close to the ignition switch, and turn it ON till the dashboard is lit up.

Current key count: 1

Put the back side of the registered key close to the start button, when the buzzer rings once, remove the key.

Within 30 secs put the back of the key(to be registered) close to the car start button, when the buzzer beeps twice, remove the key.
